A separate outage will impact Duduza on Wednesday, 27 August from 09:00 to 18:00. Affected areas include Bluegum View, Zamane, and Zamane informal settlement.

Maintenance forms part of routine infrastructure servicing. Eskom explained: “It is essential for maintenance to be conducted to service the infrastructure to ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of the electricity supply.”
