Songstress MaWhoo (real name Thandeka Ngema) announced her song “Bengicela” reached 45 million streams globally across major music platforms.

She shared the milestone on social media, writing: “‘Bengicela’ has done 45 million global streams across all major DSPs.” MaWhoo reflected on the song’s spiritual origins: “When I wrote this song, I asked God for more open doors, and it has gone on to achieve so much in such a short space of time.
