Nomzamo Mbatha Returns as Face of Levi’s Curvy Range Celebrating Body Positivity

South African actress Nomzamo Mbatha has partnered with Levi’s again as the face of their Curvy range, celebrating women of all body shapes. The campaign promotes body positivity and inclusive fashion (Levi’s announcement).

Mbatha, 35, first collaborated with Levi’s in 2019. Her involvement now represents a personal milestone: “I began as a Levi’s brand promoter during my university days. Today, as the returning face of the Levi’s Curvy campaign, I’m embodying a full-circle moment,” she confirmed.

Levi’s relaunched the Curvy collection with an event at their V&A Waterfront store, where Mbatha hosted influential women. “What an incredible series of events to officially launch the 501 Curve in South Africa,” she shared on social media.

During Women’s Month, Mbatha emphasised self-acceptance: “This makes sense for our women who want to celebrate their curves.” She described the jeans as more than clothing: “These iconic jeans redefine style by honouring the shape of all women, blending classic design with a modern embrace of our bodies.”

The campaign aligns with Mbatha’s advocacy for authenticity and representation, strengthening her long-term partnership with the brand (marketing statement).
