Jojo Robinson Completes Painful Neck Tat After 2 Years

Reality star Jojo Robinson reveals neck tattoo after two painful years

Reality TV star Jojo Robinson has unveiled a bold new neck tattoo, completing the piece after two years of hesitation and describing the process as an intense ordeal.

Sharing photos of the design, Robinson joked about her commitment. “Clearly I don’t have commitment issues… after 2 years I finally got brave enough to finish my neck,” she said. She warned against taking sleeping tablets during tattooing, calling it “not a vibe” (Instagram post).

On her Instagram stories, Robinson admitted the pain exceeded her expectations. “I just have flashbacks of acting a psychopath and crying. People that have full neck tattoos, I give you props because it’s fucking ridiculous. It’s pain on another level,” she wrote, adding numbing cream provided no relief (social media statement).

The star initially had one petal unfinished but confirmed she returned to complete it despite the pain.

Earlier in August, Robinson reflected on her tattoo journey, recalling her second leg sleeve required “8… maybe 30+ hours per leg”. She described legs as particularly painful with “the knee, behind the knee, under the bum — everywhere” (social media post).

Robinson explained deeper motivations for her extensive body art: “Tattoos cover every insecurity you have… I love that my body is art”. She confirmed plans to complete her full body coverage but stated “I’m not doing the face” (social media statement).

With her neck tattoo finished, Robinson moves closer to completing her planned body sleeve, proving her readiness to endure significant pain for personal expression.
