Ayanda Thabethe Celebrates Son Enzo’s Second Birthday After Wedding, MBA Milestones

South African model and entrepreneur Ayanda Thabethe has celebrated her son Enzo’s second birthday with a Baby Shark-themed party, capping off a remarkable personal year for her family.

Thabethe shared emotional moments from the white-and-blue themed celebration on Instagram, writing: “My life. My joy. My everything. I thank the Lord that I get to call you mine. You are an answer to my deepest longing and the manifestation of my most sincere prayers.”

She continued in her post: “I get to call you my son, look what God can do! I declare that you will become everything that he fashioned you to be long before you were formed in my womb. I will always out love you in every season, there’s nothing that you can ever do to escape my love.”

This celebration follows two major milestones for Thabethe. In June 2025, she married businessman Peter Matsimbe in an all-black wedding ceremony, describing it as: “In front of God and surrounded by love, we signed a promise that began long before pen met paper. Our signing ceremony – The beginning of our forever as a family.”

Earlier in May, Thabethe completed her Master of Business Administration after nearly four years at Henley Business School. She celebrated the achievement with a social media post noting: “In June 2021, I shared with you all that I was starting an MBA journey — and today, nearly four years later, I’m so proud to say: I did it!” (Instagram).
