TV host Inno Morolong reveals second cosmetic surgery results, targets “doll silhouette”

TV personality Inno Morolong has unveiled her slimmer figure following a second cosmetic surgery targeting her stomach and breasts.

The club host told DRUM she underwent tummy liposuction and breast reduction to feel more confident. “When some people see me, they see the loud, funny, comedic, and sometimes crazy Inno. This body gives me posture, structure, and commands the room,” she said.

Morolong confirmed this was her second procedure, having previously received a tummy tuck, 360 liposuction, and body sculpting. Her motivation included past struggles: “I used to weigh 83kg before my first surgery. I was an overweight girl and used to get bullied for being big.”

She described the recovery as challenging: “You can’t work for a while… You need people to take care of you.” Morolong reportedly spent R150 000 combined on both procedures.

Now weighing 70kg, she stated: “I feel so good, I go to the gym, and I eat well.” Her goal is achieving a “dreamy silhouette” resembling “a slim girl with a bit of curves”.

Morolong revealed future plans: “I might get liposuction on my arms and thighs… I’m just waiting on a quotation.”

The personality continues transforming her appearance while expressing satisfaction with her surgical outcomes.
