MAFS SA’s Nelisa reveals how faith guided her marriage journey

Married at First Sight SA fan favourite Nelisa Ntabeni has shared her experience marrying stranger Themba Khosa, revealing how faith and authenticity shaped their relationship on the Mzansi Magic reality show.

Airing Sundays at 6PM, the experiment features four couples marrying at first sight. Nelisa explained joining after years of intentional dating: “I wasn’t rushing into relationships because I didn’t want to entertain something that wasn’t intentional.”

She prepared spiritually, saying: “I prayed and fasted, asking for His signs, and once I received them I never looked back.” This reflected her conviction that “marriage is God’s institution.”
